5 January 2024 - BLCP Power Plant held its annual SHE Talk event, “Safe Outage with Care for all Life and Love Environment” which presided over the opening ceremony by Mr. Yuthana Charoenwong, Managing Director of BLCP Power Plant. The event, also which was attended by BLCP executives, employees, and contractors, focused on highlighting the importance of safety, occupational health, and environmental protection during the outage period.
The SHE Talk is an important event that BLCP holds every year to reiterate its commitment to safety, occupational health, and environmental protection. It is also stressed that BLCP has a strong track record of safety, with no major accidents in recent years. Every year during the outage, safety is our top issues and BLCP has prepared a safe working environment, good rest facilities, and excellent care for all employees and contractors. We are committed to protecting the safety of all life and the environment, under the principles of ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) which BLCP is committed to developing sustainable energy for the community and the environment.
